Third Party Analytics & Advertising Partners

For the purpose of shaping our website in accordance with your needs, and of continuously optimising our websites we deploy the following tools.

Google Analytics

is a web analytics tool from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google).

Google Analytics is the most widespread and trusted analytics solutions on the web for helping us to understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience. Thanks to cookies, we track how long you spend on the site and the pages that you visit, so we can continue to produce engaging content. Traffic audiences may be created and linked with Google Ads, which is a service showing search ads on top of organic search results on Google.com. This means that we might adjust advertising bids or messages to your past browsing behaviour, if you happen to be looking for triggered search keywords.

Please click here for more information about this tool, the purpose of data processing and the Privacy Policy of the provider.

You can prevent the collection and processing of your personal data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on.

Google Ads

Our website uses re-marketing functions (Google Ads Remarketing, Google Ads User Lists, Google Dynamic Remarketing) of the online advertising programme Google Ads from Google Inc. (“Google”).

In this way we can offer users of our websites, when they use other websites within the Google Display Network (on Google itself, so-called “Google Ads” or other websites), advertisements that are tailored to their interests.

For this purpose, the interaction of the users of our website is analysed, so that after visiting our website the users can be shown targeted advertisements on other websites. To this end Google sets cookies to collect information on the user’s visit. This is done to enable clear identification of a web browser on a certain computer and not to identify a person. These cookies also link to your activity on all the devices you’ve previously signed in to with your Google account. This is done to coordinate the ads you see on the different devices and to measure the conversion results. Personal data is not stored.

You can disable the use of cookies by Google by clicking on the following link and downloading and installing the available plug-in. Here you can find more information about Google re-marketing and Google’s privacy statement.

Facebook

Facebook Customs Audience and Facebook Pixel are tools from Facebook Ireland Ltd., Hanover Reach 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (Facebook).

Our website uses a “Facebook Pixel” from Facebook, which provides a direct link to the Facebook server. The Facebook server receives notification that you have visited our website and assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account, if you have such an account and are logged in. Facebook Customs Audience is used to create user lists in order to aim advertising campaigns at specific target groups.

We want our advertising experience to be as relevant and interesting as the other information you find on this social media. With this in mind, we use all of the information the Facebook pixel provides us to show our ads only to people who could be interested in our products, as well as to people who have recently viewed pages on our website.

Please click here for more information about the application of this tool and the Privacy Policy of the provider. To manage your advertising preferences, you can edit your Facebook account settings.
